Medical-Legal Patient: Preparing for Initial Appointment
Appointments rescheduled with less than a two-week notice are considered as no-show appointments.

Please bring the following to your appointment:
Dress comfortably in loose clothing, perhaps in an exercise suit. Dr. Henry will examine you and ask questions to compile a complete medical history to aid in planning your treatment.

- Reports of x-rays, CT scans, or MRI studies, done in the past and pertaining to your case.
